The gravure printing machine is used for film, no-woven bags, PVC, paper, aluminum-foil.

Main technical variables:

Features:

1.    Use: This machine is used for BOPP, CPP, PET, PVC and the same kind of material.

2.    Transmission device of main motor: controlled by inverter.

3.    Installation of plate: It adopts installation of shaft, transverse adjustment adopts screw movement.

4.    Ink scraping knife: It can be adjusted from up and down or angle at random, the pressure of scraping knife adopts single-cylinder, transverse movement adopts cam moving by running of motor .Obverse are four ,the reverse are four(the reverse printing with normal scraping knife).

5.    Press printing device: It adopts double-cylinder and auto-lock orientation of electromagnetic valve.

6.    Chromatically manipulator: it adopts decelerate motor spot chromatically, pre-reserve the place to put the computer.

7.    Winding and unwinding:  it adopts double-work winding and unwinding roll, mechanical turning, with air shaft, automatic tension. Winding uses double torque motors.

8.    Dry and cooling device: oven adopts the close relative opening, the temperature controlled by intelligent device, the specialized blower draw out the exhaust gas. The cooling device make the temperature lower by the cold-air case, beside of the cool-hot case should be put the enclosure.

9.    Aluminum roller: it adopts fine processing, 80MM), which produced by special factory, each group with 2 piece of aluminum roller(100MM).

10. The rubber roller adopts TPU roller, with ink pump.
